Two for Tuesday!
We are very stoked for our first Tuesday (9/24) IceHouse Punk & DIY show, welcoming Advance Base on tour from Chicago with local support from william h. travis. Advance Base is the project of Owen Ashworth who previously recorded under the monkier Casiotone for the Painfully Alone. The warm, electronic sound of Advance Base has been described as "lo-fi," "depressed" & "weirdly uplifting." Advance Base has toured with The Postal Service, Pedro the Lion, The Mountain Goats, Dean Wareham, Slaughter Beach Dog, among others. william h. travis, fresh off an amazing band performance at MusikFest’s Zinzen Platz, has released some stellar singles this summer and we’re excited for a duo performance featuring Alex Luquet to open things up on Tuesday.
ADVANCE TICKETS are $10 and can be purchased here until the day of the show, otherwise $12 to $15 (sliding scale) cash or Venmo at the door to support the touring musicians.
Doors at 7:00PM. Music at 7:15PM. Just two amazing acts, so you’ll be home for bedtime on Tuesday evening. Come out and support!
